• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Generate or distribute content that is discriminatory, violent, or misleading.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content (excluding User Content) belong to the Company. You retain ownership of the content you generate using Lina AI, subject to compliance with these Terms. By using the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for improving the Service (e.g., training, debugging, quality control).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the Service interface. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
